Our manufacturing facility, located in Rajpura, Punjab, is designed to support efficient and scalable aluminium production. The facility is spread across 7 acres of land, the facility is equipped with advanced infrastructure to ensure consistent quality and operational reliability.
We currently operate two cast coil lines, with a combined production capacity of approximately 2,000 metric tonnes per month, enabling us to meet growing industry demand with efficiency and precision. The facility is built to maintain high standards of manufacturing while ensuring smooth processes and dependable output.

Our aluminum sheet and coil production follows a continuous, precision-controlled process:
- Melting Furnace: Aluminum ingots and scrap are melted at controlled temperatures.
- Alloying & Fluxing: Alloy elements are added; impurities are removed.
- Holding Furnace: Molten aluminum is stabilized at uniform temperature.
- Caster (Sheet Casting & Coiling): Molten metal is cast into thin sheets and coiled.
- Cold Rolling: Coils are rolled to achieve required thickness and finish.
- Finishing: Sheets are cut to length or recoiled as per requirement.
- Inspection & Dispatch: Final quality checks, packing, and shipment.
Each stage is monitored to ensure purity, uniformity, and dimensional precision.
